  • Honestly? Very little. You share the names, we handle everything else — the card messages, the coordination, the delivery. Your staff gets to hand out the cards and take all the credit. You're welcome.

  • Faster than you'd think. Once we connect and get your resident list, we can have your first cards in the works almost immediately. No lengthy onboarding, no complicated setup.

  • Yes — we keep it simple and straightforward though. No confusing legal jargon, just a clear agreement that protects your residents and your facility. Full terms are outlined in the WishFlow Facility Partnership Agreement provided upon onboarding.

  • You subscribe for $10/month and WishFlow handles everything from there. No decisions to make, no extra steps. Just subscribe and know that real cards are reaching real people because of you.

  • Your subscription supports WishFlow's operations — including the cost of cards, coordination, and delivery to facilities across the US. Every dollar works toward making sure no senior feels forgotten.

  • WishFlow is a for-profit LLC, so subscriptions are not tax deductible. You're not donating to a charity — you're funding real cards for real people. We think that's pretty meaningful on its own.
